Sometimes Emily and I listen to Pandora radio on our TV as we go about our day. I always loved Owl City but for some reason just haven't listened to them in a while. Then this song of theirs came on and I was sitting there listening to it and grinning through almost the whole thing.
Sometimes the only thing that stops Emily from fussing is turning on some music. I searched on YouTube for some Disney song because she likes watching too. Then, I came across these videos and just had to share them! They are both awesome in different ways. I hope you like them too!
This was really fun last time I did it and I'm finally getting around to linking up again! Here we go!
It's Ok....
...if I love to browse random YouTube videos. This is one I found yesterday that made me smile.
...that I can not wait until the Hunger Games movie comes out! I think it's going to be just as crazy fan-wise as the Twilight movies. It might even be bigger than those because these are more guy friendly. After reading the books to Michael, even he wants to see it. It looks like it's going to be good!
...that sometimes the only thing that gets me out of bed is the thought of breakfast. I've been waking up STARVING lately and so we got a bunch of breakfast foods besides cereal to spice things up a bit. Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, English Muffins, and Blueberry bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Mmmm!
...if I am already creating a mental list of clothes/shoes I want to buy as soon as I lose the baby weight. I'm thinking of trying straight jeans with flats and some new boots.
....to want to be done with pregnancy. Of course I want Baby Girl to stay in as long as she needs to, but this mama is ready whenever she is! Just knowing that I am full term is reassuring.
...that I have gained more weight than I wanted to. My midwife says I've gained the perfect, healthy amount so I try to keep that in mind whenever I have to step onto a scale.
You know when you hear a song that kind of gets to you? Music is so powerful. It can change your mood and speak to your soul. I have always felt this way about music. I haven't watched every episode of Glee, but I swear when I do watch it, there is usually at least one song that I love. Sometimes I love it even more than the original song they are covering. I'd just like to share some songs from Glee that I haven't forgotten.
This one is new by Lea Michele called Get It Right.
This is so pretty...
A Capella is awesome...
I'm totally impressed with Gwen Paltrow!
Anyway, just thought I'd share some music with you on this Monday morning. I hope you all had a great gleekend!
I really want to spruce up my blog and I was thinking that after looking at some of your blog designs, that maybe I should get someone to do mine? Does it cost money or could I get it for free? I don't think I could convince Michael that it would be worth it to spend money on a blog...that makes no money. Haha! I just need to do something different. Kind of like when you get that need to clean out a closet or get a new haircut.
So, please let me know if you got your blog done by someone and if it cost anything! Thanks, ladies!
Happy Friday!!
But before you leave, check out this ADORABLE music video I found on YouTube! This little girl loves Taylor Swift so her dad made this video with her in it. It's so good!!
The last time I laughed really hard (which seems to me more rare these days) was on Saturday night. Michael and I went to a friends house with a group to watch This Is It. I had seen it in theaters too, which was better. But anyways, that wasn't why I laughed really hard. (That would be kind of sad if I did.)
After the movie, we sat around and played a bunch of YouTube videos on their TV. This is one of my favorite activities to do, and it is even more fun with friends and good snacks to enjoy while laughing at other people. :-)
The first video that comes to mind that had me laughing/crying was this...
I just thought it was soooo funny! And then there was this...
I hope you enjoyed these two as much as I did! Happy Monday!!
