Never Ever Ever...

• Did I realize how much fun it would be to watch Emily grow up. They say the "terrible two's" are the worst but there are also so many good things about this age!
• Do I get over how cute it is to watch Emily copy us. She observes everything and tries so had to do things just like us. Brushing hair, teeth, walking in my heels, the way I talk on the phone, crossing her legs while sitting...just so many things!
• Do I get sick of hearing her learn something new. A new word, a new skill...yesterday she said "blue" for the first time. She does something new almost daily!
• Can I thank family and friends enough who were able to come to her birthday party. It was so nice to celebrate another year of Emily!
• Can I believe that Emily is turning two on the 25th. I remember giving birth to her like it was yesterday, but at the same time...she looks and acts like a toddler now!
• Did I realize how much certain characteristics are just natural. She is a natural girly girl and nurturer. She loves dressing up, looking "pretty", and taking care of her "babies".
