Target Tuesday: Some Registry Items

This camera isn't on our baby registry, obviously, but we will probably need to get a new one before we have the baby. It won't break the bank and has pretty good reviews.

Canon A495 10.0MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom - Red

My parents just painted the nursery for us and it looks great! It's a pastel shade of green and I think this printed canvas would look really pretty in there! I would post a picture but they didn't have thumbnails to save :-/

Here is the bedding we picked out...

DwellStudio® for Target® Medallion 3pc Baby Bedding Set

This is one of the carseats I want. It's gender neutral and will fit newborn-toddler. Good reviews too, of course!

Graco My Ride 65 Car Seat - Prentis

It's been pretty crazy lately preparing for the baby! With the nursery painted, it's starting to feel more real to me. I just finished painting the crib and after we get it put together and moved into the nursery, I have a feeling things will start snowballing. I can't wait to have the room all ready for her arrival!

I love that bedding, so cute! And that's a great idea for the carseat, I should have done that.

Does that infant/toddler carseat you picked out have a carrying handle? Because seriously, you want an infant carseat that you can take everywhere with you. The baby will ALWAYS be sleeping, and it's nice not to move them, to just unclick their carseat from the base, and take the carseat in with you. Also, you can conveniently click it in to your stroller, too. I totally understand the idea of trying to get a two in one so that they can stay in it for a while and you can save on the next carseat, but if you think about it, when the next baby comes, you'll need a carseat for that one, too. I would say that the infant carseat was the thing that got the MOST use from us. She was in it 75% of the time. We'd get home from errands, pop the carseat out, and she'd stay asleep in it. It even got to the point where she would cry until we put her back IN her carseat, and Neal would swing her around and she'd conk out in it! Nutso girl. Anyone, consider getting a carseat that is strictly for infants. Most infants can stay in them up to 18 months anyway. You will be VERY happy to have a portable carseat, when the time comes to move your baby. Every. Single. Day. :) Just food for thought!

I may or may not have already stalked your registry trying to decide what I want to get you :) I have that camera and it rocks!
