Yard Update and a Date!

It's fixed!! Turns out that messing with my settings three weeks ago was a big mistake because I thought I knew what I was doing but apparently I didn't! Note to self: Don't put anything into your site feed!!

So, if you got a bunch of updates from me today, those were all posts from the last three weeks. Luckily, there aren't too many to catch up on since I haven't been blogging as much lately! Turns out it didn't matter anyway, ha!

Moving right along...

Last night Michael and I decided to dress up a little and go out to eat. But first, we took some pictures of the progress on our yard.

This is what it has looked like since we first saw it. Totally thrashed with weeds and trash all over.

I guess you can't really see a whole lot of difference in the pictures...but the weeds are pretty much pulled and the sprinklers are being repaired. We are about ready to put in the sod. I think that will be tomorrow morning so it should be finished by this weekend!

Oh and notice the trimmed tree and the bushes on the side of the house. We also are in the middle of painting that front patio fence in front of the window.

And since lately I live in PJ's and rarely take time to put much effort into my makeup unless I am going out...this was a special treat to Michael. We took pictures to document that I am not ALWAYS a slob. Haha!

We went out to eat at On The Border. It's Mexican food and sooo good!

There was a pretty fountain next to it, too!
